PT HK Realtindo initially founded as Property Division of PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) in 1997-2001. At the time HK Property Division was capable of developing Puri Utama Housing Estate in Bekasi and Puri Danguran in Klaten, Central Java. Then the division was closed down in 2001 since the company wanted to focus on construction service business.

Considering the market situation in 2008, property division then was re-open by founding Realty Unit that operates under supervision of Operational Directorate I. In accordance to and considering the result of shareholders’ assembly meeting in 2009, in which the company was decided to get back into Construction Industry as the support for its core business in construction services, PT HK Realtindo was founded on May 10th, 2010 with notarial certificate issued by notary office of Aliya S. Azhar, SH, MH, MKN. 

Since 1961, the company has carved his work through the development of various monumental and prestigious projects. Pancoran Statues, Parliament Buildings, Bakrie Tower, Villa Amanusa (Bali) and Suramadu Bridge are some of them.

When the Indonesian economy experiences promising and relatively stable growth, the national property industry becomes excited. In line with this growth, the property division of PT Hutama Karya Realtindo also grew rapidly. Management understands this situation as an opportunity for companies to grow bigger.
